BIOGRAPHY
Zach Zaruba is a manufacturing and mechanical engineer with a background in implementation of CNC systems and mechanical design engineering. Zach provides OCI-USA and i’s clients with an understanding in CNC programming, CAM software, and manufacturing shop operations. As an engineer with OCI, Zach will perform expert reporting to the insurance community including adjusters, carriers, and their legal counsel, in addition to corporations and municipalities.

Implementing CNC System — CNC Punch Successfully implemented a procedure for adding CNC capabilities to a punch machine, as well as taught this system to the designers and fabrication workers
Design and Manufacturing — CPU Microjet Cooler
Worked with a small team in designing and prototyping a custom CPU microjet cooler to be more effective than traditional air or water cooling. The project and data were presented to Dell for further development.
